In short: this website is where you learn about xcreatorfolio and request a brand audit. It's informational, not a store — no purchases are made here. Any paid project is governed by a separate signed contract with its own terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of xcreatorfolio.com (the "Site"), operated by xcreatorfolio ("we," "us," "our"). By browsing the Site or submitting our contact form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Site

The Site describes xcreatorfolio's brand identity, website, and social presence services for creators, and provides a form for requesting a free brand audit or discovery call. The Site does not process payments, sell goods, or host any adult content — it is a marketing and lead-generation resource only. Engaging xcreatorfolio for paid work is done separately, under a written services contract that sets out project scope, pricing, milestones, and ownership of deliverables, and that contract — not these Terms — governs any paid engagement.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or spam content through the contact form;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying code, or our internal admin tool;
  • Interfere with the Site's normal operation (including through automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or bypassing security controls);
  • Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code; or
  • Reproduce, resell, or repurpose the Site's content, branding, or design without our written permission.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry, consistent with our services being directed at adult creators and businesses.

4. No payment processing on this Site

The Site is lead-generation only. We do not sell products or process payments here. Any pricing shown on the Site (including package ranges) is indicative and subject to change based on project scope; final pricing, payment schedule, and deliverables are set out in your signed services contract.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including our logo, brand marks, copy, layout, and code — is owned by xcreatorfolio or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you. Ownership of deliverables produced for a specific paid client project (for example, a client's own website or brand assets) is governed exclusively by that client's written services contract, not by these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xcreatorfolio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a separately signed client services contract, which is governed by that contract's own liability terms.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or social profiles (for example, our own social media accounts). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

8. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we make material changes. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Brown County, Wisconsin.
