Privacy Policy

In short: we collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry and run this website — your name, email, and message when you contact us, plus basic, cookie-free visit analytics. We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.

1. Who we are

xcreatorfolio ("xcreatorfolio," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website xcreatorfolio.com (the "Site"), through which we offer brand identity, website, and social presence services to creators. This Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and prospective clients who use the Site; it does not apply to information we receive separately under a signed client contract, which is governed by that contract's confidentiality terms.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you submit our brand-audit / contact form, we collect your name, email address, package interest, and any message you include. We do not collect payment information through the Site — we do not process payments online.

Information collected automatically. We run a small, self-hosted analytics system on our own server (not a third-party service like Google Analytics). It logs the page viewed, the referring page, a coarse device type (mobile / tablet / desktop), and a session identifier, for the sole purpose of understanding overall traffic and which pages convert into inquiries. This system does not set a tracking cookie and does not build a profile of you across visits or across other websites.

Strictly necessary cookies. The Site uses one session cookie to keep your form submission secure (it stores a one-time security token used to confirm a form was submitted from our own page, not a forged request) and, for our staff, to keep them signed in to the internal admin tool. This cookie is not used for advertising or tracking and expires when the browser session ends or after a short period of inactivity.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your brand-audit request or inquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to prepare a proposal or contract.
  • To send you a reply by email regarding your inquiry.
  • To keep an internal record of leads so we can follow up appropriately (see Section 5).
  • To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
  • To detect and prevent spam or fraudulent form submissions.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use it to serve you targeted advertising.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who host our website, database, and email delivery on our behalf, solely to operate the Site (for example, our web host and transactional email provider), under obligations to protect your information.
  • Legal or safety reasons, if required to comply with a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of xcreatorfolio, our clients, or others.
  • A successor entity, if xcreatorfolio is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same confidentiality commitments described here.

5. Data retention

We retain contact-form submissions and related notes for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics data (page views, not tied to your name or email) may be retained longer for trend reporting.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing:

  • California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know what personal information we hold about you and to request its deletion. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
  • EEA/UK residents (GDPR): you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and may object to certain processing. Our legal basis for processing contact-form data is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.
  • All visitors: you can ask us to delete your contact-form submission at any time by emailing us at the address below.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@xcreatorfolio.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

7. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are directed at adults operating or considering operating an independent creator business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards — including encrypted password storage, access controls on our internal admin tool, and CSRF-protected forms — to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
